SHIPPING COSTS
FREYA STYLE provides FREE shipping to the US and EU, we work with local shipping companies to ensure your order is tracked at any stage of delivery.
Shipping time to the US (does not include order processing time) is 7-10 days.
Delivery time to EU (does not include order processing time) 5 -10 days.
Delivery time to Latin America (does not include order processing time) 8-20 days.
Delivery time to Asia 7-10 days.
Order processing usually takes 1-3 working days if the product is available in stock.
*In order to dispatch your order faster and avoid additional shipping charges we can send you your order in separate parcels. Don't worry we monitor the delivery of each item and can provide status at any time.
Due to shipping to a remote location or other unforeseen circumstances, additional shipping charges may apply to some orders. We will contact you within 2 business days if your order requires additional shipping charges.
The purchase price of orders purchased to shipping points outside of the US and EU does not necessarily include duties or additional fees associated with customs clearance. SHIPMENT PROCESSING
Orders ship from our distribution partners in the US. We work with well-known shipping partners to provide the best, most reliable shipping options for you. Because we individually review the delivery service for each and every order to provide you the quickest, most convenient solution, items that are ordered together may not necessarily be shipped together.
The estimated delivery times do not include order processing time and customs clearance time, and are generally expressed in working days. Your tracking information will be updated as your order gets closer to its destination.
While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, FREYA STYLE cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. Additionally, significant challenges due to increased eCommerce volume or other restrictions may extend shipping time in some circumstances.
SHIPMENT STATUS
You will receive an email shipment notification as your order ships. It includes tracking information with which you can follow the delivery of the package. If you have not received this notification from us, please contact us for more information, and we’ll help you track your item.
If the tracking status shows the package as delivered, and you have not received it, please wait 72 hours before contacting us to investigate. In rare cases, packages may be marked delivered up to 72 hours prior to arrival. After 72 hours, we are happy to help open an investigation with the delivery service.
If you notice in shipment tracking your shipment does not seem to progress for longer than 15 days, please contact us, so we can start a shipment inquiry with the shipment provider and help resolve the situation as soon as possible
