FAQ

Are your products compatible with all Apple Watches?

Yes!

1. Find Your Case Size

Check the back of your Apple Watch for the case size.

2. Select Compatible Straps

Ensure the watch band matches the case size engraved on your Apple Watch. An incorrect size will result in mismatched connectors.

3. Measure Your Wrist Size

Make sure the strap length fits your wrist comfortably. While our watch straps are adjustable, the shortest and longest lengths vary by style. Use a soft ruler or a non-elastic cloth to measure your wrist circumference.

The fit range for each strap is listed on the product page. Find one you love and check the details.

Removing and replacing Apple Watch bands is easy with Apple’s redesigned system. Here are four simple steps:

1. Turn Your Apple Watch Face Down

Hold your Apple Watch facedown and locate the two horizontal buttons on the back.

2. Press the Buttons and Slide Out the Band

Press down the top button and slide the top band out. Repeat for the other side.

3. Slide in Your New Strap

Ensure both the watch and strap are facing the same direction, then slide in the new strap without pressing the buttons.

4. Check for a Secure Fit

Lightly pull and shake the connectors sideway to ensure the Apple Watch Strap is safely connected with your Apple Watch. The strap connectors will scratch your hand and not be properly locked onto the Apple Watch if you've flipped it upside down before installing it.

Are your jewelry straps waterproof?

Yes, the FREYA STYLE Signature watchstraps in our store are made of 18k gold plated stainless steel - gold doesn’t oxidize, and stainless steel is resistant to corrosion. This means that the strap is waterproof. You can wear it while playing sports, and wash it under running water.

*Watchstraps made of brass or leather are not waterproof.
